They also conduct audits and prepare financial analysis of companies that contracts are established with.

Project Manager: The role of the construction project manager is to plan and supervise construction projects from start to finish. They will leverage their knowledge and experience in all construction methodologies and procedures to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The project manager collaborates with the owner and engineers, negotiates subcontracts, obtains necessary permits, and determines resources (labor, equipment, and materials) from start to finish, with careful attention to schedules and budgets.

Site Superintendent: The role of the construction site superintendent is to oversee and coordinate all of the activities of a construction site, ensuring compliance with designs, specifications, site requirements, safety, and quality. The site superintendent coordinates subcontractors and vendors and manages in-house staff. They collaborate with owners, engineers, and the project manager to ensure smooth daily jobsite activities.

Project Control Specialist: The primary role of the Project Controls Specialist is to work closely with project managers to ensure that all budgeting, scheduling, and coordination processes run smoothly. They monitor the progress of a project to ensure the execution is within the confines of set deadlines and budget limitations and generate progress reports to managers. Project Control Specialists also make suggestions for improvements to project operations as needed.
