Authority to Operate (ATO)

Centremis has been involved in the transition from the DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) to the RMF. Our high-quality products and deliverables, such as Collaboration Sites, Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M) Management tools, and RMF Continuous Monitoring programs served as an example followed by other vendors in the community. ATO efforts include categorizing information systems; selecting and implementing security controls; coordinating with the access security control assessor-validator; authorizing the information system; and monitoring the security controls.

CMMS Solutions

Centremis provides the installation, operations, and maintenance for COTS CMMS solutions. Further, Centremis’ tailored, agile, SharePoint CMMS solution offers a web-based collaborative workspace which is highly flexible utilizing built-in tools and customizations developed to promote information sharing, business process management, and document control. Out of the box workflow-driven processes promote visibility and accountability throughout the stages of managing projects from initiation through successful completion. Centremis employs the capabilities to highly customize a SharePoint solution to automate business best practices.

 

SCADA Coordination

Centremis personnel work directly with the SCADA provider and equipment manufacturers to get points lists, display graphics, and interface requirements determined upfront during projects so that interface, especially during commissioning, has little or no rework requirements.  Centremis is involved in the point to point checks prior to rollup to production servers.  This occurs prior to commissioning so the equipment is directly checked as much as possible, versus forcing points in Real Time Automation Controllers (RTAC).  This provides more efficient commissioning of the equipment.
